What's your return policy?

  • You're welcome to return anything (except swimwear and intimates) that was order from Wavefashion.com within 30 days of receipt as long as it is in unused condition (unwashed and free from dirt, stains, cuts, etc. and footwear in the original box).

Can I cancel or change my order?

  • You may only cancel or change your order within 10 days of receipt 

How do I return my package?

  • Ship the package with a copy of the receipt to the address below:

What are your return exemptions?

  • Only wrong shipped orders will be excepted for a return. Email us your order and a picture of the products you received within 10 days of receipt. All items must be in a unused condition (unwashed and free from dirt, stains, cuts, etc. and footwear in the original box).

Do you ship internationally?

  • Sorry babe! At the moment we only ship U.S orders only.

HELP! I got the wrong item.

  • You're welcome to email us your order with a picture of the items you received within the first 10 days of receipt. Once we get your email we will reach back to approve your return and have you ship the package with a copy of the receipt to the address below:
