These policies pertain to U.S. purchases only.
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned to any US location within 30 days of original purchase date with or without a receipt. WAVE require valid identification when processing all returns and exchanges without an original receipt. Valid identification is also required to receive or redeem a non-transferable merchandise certificate or mail check.
Store refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange when returned within 90 days of the purchase date. Merchandise returned more than 90 days after the purchase date will not be eligible for a return.
Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange at any time. A mail check may be issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit.
A mail check will be issued when items over $5 are paid for by check or e-check* and returned within 5 days of the date of purchase online or in stores.
A return/exchange or gift receipt does not serve as an original receipt online or in stores.
*WAVE accepts your check by utilizing an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) system. In the event that the EFT or draft is returned unpaid (or, if a paper check is accepted, and the check is returned for any reason), there will be a return fee, as permitted by State or Federal law, of $20 or more (which may include fees, collection costs, and applicable statet taxes). This fee may be presented to your bank electronically or submitted via a paper draft.

To report a lost or stolen WAVE GiftCard, call 602-433-9428. An original sales receipt or gift receipt is required to replace the remaining balance of a lost or stolen WAVE Giftcard.

We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.
You can return your order to any WAVE store in the U.S. -- even items that are sold exclusively on WAVE Online. Please see store Return Policy sign for details.
Please make sure to bring the original invoice and the credit card used for the original purchase (or gift receipt). A valid identification is required to process all returns and exchanges with a return/exchange receipt.
On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
